Weigh in tomorrow

I'm a bit nervous about my weigh in tomorrow. I haven't been the gym as much as I would have liked but I have been eating well so I'm hoping that that's enough to have lost something.


I kicked my own arse at the gym today so I'm hoping that will have some impact.


Today in itself will be a challenge. I don't have any plans at all now that I'm back from the gym and if I'm honest, I'd normally eat crap when I'm bored. Going to get onto the degree work I have to do and hopefully take my mind off it. 


Will post again tomorrow when I've weighed in. Cross your fingers for me!!
