Tracker for today

20 mins - Nice Cross trainer Intensity 7
30 mins - Treadmill Incline 6, speed 3
20 mins - Circuit of the weight machines (I have no idea what any of them are called lol)
15 mins - Mean cross trainer Intensity 7
10 mins - Stepper thing Intensity 3
15 mins - 2nd circuit of the weight machines. I couldn't lift my arms anymore to do the last 2 machines so only did 15 mins the second time round
10 mins - Treadmill Cool down
