This week

It really hasn't been a good week this week.


I'm not eaten well and I've only been to the gym once (twice if you include tomorrow). I think I'll have put weight on this week. I just need to get right back on the horse next week.I'm planning on going to the gym tomorrow and Sunday am so hopefully will keep any weight gain to a minimum.


Things are getting better, I feel better. I've just lost my motivation :-( On a plus though, I've went to the new gym in Dunfermline and its really nice! I think I'm finding my training schedule for the 5k particularly hard. I just really need to force myself back into it. 


I still have my 3 little pieces of motivation (anyone who read my Willpower post will know what I mean lol). Proof attached below. The packaging was completely silver at one point but they've been in my bag so long, they're a bit more tatty looking! :-)

  1. Claire keep it up - you really can do it! Plus you have an amazing target dress to keep you motivated!! I'm trying to be good myself and its very hard, week three is always bad but just keep working on one day at a time - xx
