It's getting better, I can feel it
It's been a weird few days, probably since last Saturday.
I'm starting to feel a lot better being on this diet. I can feel the symptoms of my PCOS relieving themselves. I actually wake up in the morning and feel ready to just get up and get on with it. I didn't really think it would happen after only losing just over a stone but I can def feel some changes.
My uni work is stressing me out no end though. There is so much work to do and not an awful lot of time to do it in. I really just need to knuckle down and get organised but at the same time. I'm sure it will all come together (fingers crossed!!).
