I promise.......
I haven't posted lately, I've just had a lot going on. Last Friday I went to Benidorm for my friend's hen weekend. The weather was glorious! Being a red head, I can't really sit out in the sun, I tend to burn to a crisp but the other girls all ended up with a lovely colour. It was an all inclusive break so we ate LOADS!!! And I know I piled on the weight. I've been feeling great since I came back from Benidorm. I've been complaining to Matt that my asthma has been bothering me. I've just been feeling short of breath but I put it down to not being very active lately.
Anyway before I almost passed out and couldn't breath, I did manage to get a new weight. I didn't look back at what my previous weight was because I'm starting afresh from now on (although in the back of my head I do know what it is). I'm making a promise here and now that this is the last time I'm going to say that on here. I'm sick of this damn cycle that I seem to be stuck in. So this is it, last time. Beside my weight I've put an object that weighs about the same. See the picture that I've attached and it'll make sense.
Starting weight: 23st (322lbs)
Weight as off today: 17st 9lbs (247lbs)
Total weight Loss to date: 5st 5lbs (75lbs) (an Irish setter + 5lbs)
Target weight: 10st (140lbs)
Weight still to go: 7st 9lbs(107lbs) (A 2 month old horse + 7lbs)
Total that I will lose overall: 182lbs (an average human)

My weight in day is going to be a Friday because the gym has a dancercise class that runs on a Friday morning. I did have a class booked for tomorrow but I'm going to wait and see how I feel. Providing I'm feeling up to it, the activity plan for the next week is below:
Saturday - Zumba
Sunday - Day Off
Monday - Pilates & Gym
Tuesday - Gym
Wednesday - Megafit & Gym
Thursday - Programme appointment (would normally be my other day off)
