Here we go again! Week 1

So as l promised last night, here's my first week weigh in.

On a plus side, it's the same weight I was when I stopped Commando Training back in Sept/Oct.

Got 7st 1lb to go until goal weight. No bother. The healthy way to lose weight is 2lbs a week so that will all be gone by this time next year and that's on the assumption that I go down to this weight.
