I think I'm back into it at last!!
I've reading my Jillian Michaels book again and I've been tracking my diet properly. The exercise also seems to be falling into place as well. I've actually got a schedule now and I think that helps the part of my brain that organises everything. I'm also trying everything that I've read that helps you. Eating off small plates that are a totally different colour from any food I'm ever likely to eat (we're talking about bright pink, blue and green). I've also started 2 jars full of stones, one for the pounds that I've still got to lose (104lbs) and one with the pounds already lost (30ish lbs). I'm just starting to feel great again. I've stopped making excuses about not going to classes and I'm hoping for a 5lb loss this week so I have under 100lbs left to lose.
Weigh in is on Wednesday and O have my 2 toughest classes tomorrow so I'm going to put in a big last minute push. Fingers crossed :-) xxx
