New Book, New Challenge - Goals

I'm reading this new book to try and get my head straightened out a wee bit. It's called 'Winning by Losing: Drop the Weight, Change your Life" by Jillian Michaels and so far its really good. Jillian Michaels was one of the trainers on the Biggest Loser USA. She's amazing on the show, if I could afford it (and we lived in the same country) I would definitely ask her to train me. In the book she recommends using a journal but I think that writing my weight, thoughts and feelings online is really helping. I'm going to use my blog to complete all the bits that the books suggests a journal for. I'm backdating all my goals. So my weight goal will be from when I originally started.

Anyway, as part of the book I need to write down my goals both long and short term along with the rewards that I'm going to give myself when I achieve them so here they are. 

Ultimate Goal
I will lose 120 pounds
I will be healthy and happy
I will be a size 12 or below for the first time in my adult life

Ultimate Reward
I'm going to go back to Malta
I'm going to wear a bikini for the first time ever
I'm going to buy something out of Topshop

Monthly Goal
I will lose 14 pounds or more
I will walk a 5k in under 60 mins


Monthly Reward
A night out dancing with the girls



Weekly Goal
I will lose 3 pounds or more
I will increase my fruit/veg intake
I will go the gym/a class at least 5 times


Weekly Reward
A day off, watching all my rubbish telly


Daily Goal
I will take all my food into Uni and not rely on 'easy' options
I will stop comparing myself to the women in my classes and at the gym who are skinny


Daily Reward
I will have a nice long, uninterrupted, bubble bath
