A bit more inspiration required.....
I'm definitely feeling that I need to remind myself of why I'm doing all this. I've finished my degree essay and have at last been able to sit down and think about something else.
I just feel like I need to remind myself how far I've actually come. There are 137 days left until my birthday night out and I need to lose as much as possible.
When I was at my heaviest in about January 2010, I would guess that I was about 22st. When I started all this weight loss I was 19st 9lbs. I didn't start the blog at this point.
Heaviest weight: 22 st (308lbs)
Weight when I started losing: 19st 9lbs (275 lbs)
Current weight: 15st 9lbs (219lbs)
Weight Lost since I was at my heaviest: 6st 5lbs (89 lbs)
Weight Lost since I started losing properly: 4st (56lbs)
Weight Left to Lose (if I go all the way down to my goal): 5st 9lbs (79lbs)
On my Facebook account I've got an album of women who I'd love to look like. I'm not disillusioned that there is enough time in my life left to look like these women but is gives me something to aim for. But its unrealistic so I've enclosed pictures below of women who have actually lost a ton of weight.

Ashley - Lost 183lbs
Michelle - Lost 110lbs
Shay - Started at 476lbs and lost 172lbs on the show. But looking at this picture there is no way she is still 304lbs
