Weigh in
I only lost half a pound again tonight. I was raging with myself!!!
I've gone from losing 5 or 6 pounds a week and now I've lost 1 pound in 2 weeks. Rubbish!! This is what I do, I hit a plateau and then struggle to get past it. I need to kick my ass this week and get a good loss. I'm hoping that that will kick things off again.
So the plan for next week is the following:
Tomorrow - Body Combat
Friday - Walking home and then walking with my friend
Saturday - Gym. Maybe a class if I see one that I fancy
Sunday - Nothing
Monday - Aerobics
Tuesday - Step and then Body Combat
Wednesday - Weigh in
If anyone wants to do a class with me next week, please let me know. I need all the help I can to stay on the straight and narrow.
